The band Burkina Azza, from Nayerina in the Djibasso region, was born from a lineage of Balafonist and Percussionist musicians called “The Griots”, referred to often as “a living archive of the people's traditions”. Proud children of the Bwa people, the music of Burkina Azza is a reflection of their deep love for culture, tradition and life.
